Hi all, I just bought a new Asus laptop. Last night, after Windows had an auto update, I on my laptop and it showed it was 'working on update'. Flash 2d Animation Fla Files. However when I on my laptop this morning, it went to the BIOS utility ez mode, with 4 options: F9 Default, F10Save & Exit, F8 Boot Menu and F7 Advanced Mode. Tried F9 and F10, but when the laptop restarts it just goes back to BIOS utility mode again.

Hi Pinguinnn I have been encountered the same problem before. And im trying to change the boot configuration for CSM to.

This should open the ROM configuration and change it to. And then save & exit. If it still start to BIOS menu just check the configuration you just make. The CSM would become disavle again. If this happen go to security menu and the key security. Then Save & Exit But the most common case for this problem is hardware malfuncton, be sure that your hard drive is fully functioning and properly installed.

I've set this new computer up, but 19 time sout of 20 when I reboot, instead of taking me to Windows it takes me to the UEFI Bios Utility instead.
