This wonderful mod fixes the condition for when a power begins to affect you or stops affecting you, it can incorrectly update your animation timing causing your casting animation to slow to a crawl. Note that this will download an extra small dll file into your game’s directory (or copy it if it was downloaded with the program) in order for the fix to work.
